Structural Stress Analysis Software 'PAM-MEDYSA'

Modeling the operating mechanism of the machine as is! A new proposal for dynamic mechanism stress analysis!

"PAM-MEDYSA" is a finite element method structural analysis program that uses dynamic explicit methods. By modeling the operating mechanism of machines as they are, it is possible to verify the feasibility, strength, and durability of mechanical components. With the concept of "solving things that are in motion as they are," it allows for real-time analysis of the deformation and stress of components in operation. 【Features】 ■ Real-time calculation of contact problems between components, analyzing deformation and stress states of each part ■ Enables clarification of various phenomena associated with machine operation ■ Smooth contact is provided to achieve smooth contact between curved surfaces ■ Friction models consider factors such as velocity dependence and contact pressure dependence in calculations ■ The adoption of total Lagrangian allows for precise reproduction of rigid body motion in space *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Data] Analysis of Deformation and Stress Behavior in Die-Cast Products Molds

Technical data presentation! Problems that cannot be solved with general-purpose code using the shadow method can be analyzed stably.

In this document, we report a case study where the engine block was selected as a representative die-cast product, and the deformation and stress behavior after filling the mold with molten metal were analyzed using 'ASU/V-Struct'. We present the analysis model, which includes the shape of the engine block product being analyzed and the analysis conditions in the case study, as well as the thermal shrinkage analysis results of the ADC10 filled in the mold. This software is being continuously developed as a powerful tool to support designers in increasingly complex processing processes.
